Sacred Cacao & Reiki Breathwork

Cacao has been used for thousands of years by indigenous communities of Central and South America as a medicine for physical and spiritual healing and is becoming popular in communities worldwide because of its powerful ability to assist us in gently opening up our hearts and awakening us to our true nature. This plant medicine assists us in letting go of what no longer serves, manifest intentions and connect with our inner selves so we can follow that wise guidance and wisdom and ignite our creativity. Best of all Cacao opens our hearts to give and receive unencumbered love.

Our Cacao Ceremony is a contemporary spin on an ancient community tradition aimed to open the heart. We will begin by drinking a cup of cacao, which translates to "heart blood" in the mayan tradition, and tastes like an earthy, midly-spiced, hot chocolate, as we set beautiful intentions.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki translates to Universal Life Energy, which surrounds and circulates through all living organisms. Reiki balances, clears and releases energetic blocks or imbalances in the chakras and body that may be causing physical, mental or emotional pain.  Reiki accelerates the healing process, reduces pain, curbs the side effects of medication, improves sleep and lowers anxiety. It is also highly cathartic and assists in releasing long held or built up emotions.

The Cacao Ceremony will be followed by a guided Reiki intense Breathwork Meditation. Dianne will lead the guided meditation and harness Universal White light that provides healing and relaxation to your body and mind.
